Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at k3scat@gmail.com including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL(s) of the infringing material on the Service (e.g. the artwork link) sufficient to locate it.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to k3scat@gmail.com with the information required by the DMCA, including your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be terminated. You can also report copyright issues via our report form.
